Woburn Coffee House Menu

Taking Afternoon Tea is a distinctly British tradition and in particular a Woburn tradition During the 1880’s, the Duchess of Bedford, a lady in waiting to Queen Victoria began requesting her maid to bring her a cup of tea and a light snack each afternoon to overcome a “sinking” feeling. She soon began inviting friends to join her, thus creating a new social event that became part of British Society - Afternoon Tea

(The Spring Menu commences 1st April and runs exclusively throughout April, May & June 2017)
